Overview
The 6QD Series is the higher-power series of our air starters, rated at 5 to 14 kW. Built on a three-stage single-turbine design, it uses a planetary reduction gear to reach the required torque and speed, delivering a rated 14 kW and a rated torque of 54.3 N·m at a rated air pressure of 0.8 MPa. The modular housing is joined by a clamp ring and can be rotated through 360° to ease installation.

Three-Stage Single-Turbine Design

As long as air supply is maintained, the starter allows repeated, continuous cranking attempts.
360° Orientation
The modular housing is joined by a clamp ring and can be rotated through 360° to ease installation.

SAE heavy-duty flange. Flywheel housing and pinion specifications are confirmed at order.
CW or CCW Rotation
Available for clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation.
